We'll partner with you on job descriptions and interviews, provide beyond-the-basic bios, and manage the reference checks process. Clients may also request background checks to be performed by PCG.   • What is temporary staffing?

    Temporary staffing is a hiring model where for all legal purposes, PCG is the employer. This alleviates the onboarding/offboarding and payroll processes from the client as the employee will work a short term assignment. 


    This model is perfect for clients who need assistance with short term projects, covering leaves of absesnce, short term assistance for peak retail season, or for event staffing.    staffing is a term that refers to the process where a staffing agency works to hire on behalf of a client. This employee would work for and be paid by the client.

  • What is temp to perm staffing? Do you provide that service?

    Temp to perm staffing is a process in which a company hires an employee on a temporary basis with the possibility that the employee will become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business.

  • What does the process look like for temporary staffing?

    Similaryly to our direct hire process, once a contract has been signed, our team will get started on filling the open position(s). This process includes reaching out to our current network of talent, sourcing and pre-screening new candidates, and presenting them to our clients' for review. Clients will then interview their chosen candidates, provide feedback to our team, and repeat the process as needed until we find the perfect fit and the client is ready to extend an offer or offers. 

  • How long does the hiring process take?

    The length of time that it takes to fill a role is dependent on many factors.     To help you protect your investement, Pyramid Consulting Group offers placement guarantees. If you need to reevaluate the placement within a set period of time, PCG will assist you in replacing the employee at no added cost. If you are outside of that window, then your contact at PCG will be able to provide more information on how you can proceed.
