Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a AP/AR Data Entry Temp to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary role that will start immediately and continue based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:
- Post and process high volume AP/AR Invoices (approximately 1K monthly)
- Assist in year-end audit and 1099 preparation
- Research and resolve billing and invoice inquiries
- Assist the Accounting department with admin tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ year of AP/AR accounting experience
- Excellent attention to details
- Experience with accounting systems (Quickbooks, SAP, Etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with other departments
Salary: $22 - $26/hr
