Our client, luxury jewelry brand, is looking to hire an Area Retail Coach, East Coast to join the team in Miami on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Candidates must be flexible to travel up to 50% depending on business needs.
Job Duties Include:
- Support commercial strategies and KPIs by collaborating with retail leaders and headquarters to create effective training plans
- Assess training needs, define priorities, and facilitate training sessions for new hires and teams
- Monitor business and training KPIs to develop solutions that enhance client experience, sales, and learning absorption
- Coach boutique teams on selling skills and client development, ensuring a consistent client experience across all locations
Job Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of experience in Training or Learning & Development, with luxury retail or hospitality experience
- Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills
- Proven leadership and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage and execute both small and large-scale training events
- Up to 50% travel required
Salary: $120k - $130k annually + Bonus
