Our client, a luxury beauty brand, is looking for a Boutique Manager for their next store in South Coast Plaza! The role includes driving sales, managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to work a 40 hour per week retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, track performance, and manage store profitability
  • Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and providing feedback to ensure excellent customer care
  • Oversee inventory management, reduce shrinkage, and maintain an organized store environment
  • Develop and maintain strong community relationships and participate in local events to boost brand visibility and customer loyalty
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years as a Business or Boutique Manager
  • Strong retail performance, with experience in luxury retail and executing successful brand events
  • Expertise in beauty products, trends, and customer service
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills
  • Proven leadership abilities in people management
  • Excellent communication and digital skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift


Salary: $100k - $110k annually depending on experience + bonus
