Our client, a luxury beauty brand, is looking for a Boutique Manager
for their next store in South Coast Plaza! The role includes driving sales, managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to work a 40 hour per week retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, track performance, and manage store profitability
- Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and providing feedback to ensure excellent customer care
- Oversee inventory management, reduce shrinkage, and maintain an organized store environment
- Develop and maintain strong community relationships and participate in local events to boost brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years as a Business or Boutique Manager
- Strong retail performance, with experience in luxury retail and executing successful brand events
- Expertise in beauty products, trends, and customer service
- Excellent client relationship-building skills
- Proven leadership abilities in people management
- Excellent communication and digital skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $100k - $110k annually depending on experience + bonus
