Facilities Coordinator

Our client is looking to hire an temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Cranbury. This is a temporary role that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to multitask, and experience handling facility operations.

Shift time: 9am - 5:30pm

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain and organize facility-related documents
  • Manage incoming invoices for supplies
  • Generate and process purchase orders for facility vendors.
  • Handle email and phone correspondence related to facility inquiries
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office and facility supplies
  • Issue, activate, and deactivate security badges and parking passes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related concerns
  • Update and maintain internal directories and office floor plans
  • Oversee meeting room setups, ensuring furniture, equipment, and resources
  • Assist in enforcing safety regulations
  • Manage content updates for facility communication
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time during duration of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs

Salary: $21.25/hr
