Our client, a luxury linens brand, is hiring for a Sales Specialist to join the team at their Palo Alto location. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain excellent customer relations in order to generate sales
- Attend networking and trade events as needed
- Identify opportunities to develop a pipeline of projects for growth and achievement of sales goals
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information on policies and procedures
- Achieve/exceed company sales goals
- Perform sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash/credit payments, etc.
- Build and maintain a customer base by following through clienteling and data collection
- Uphold and maintain the merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Assist with all operational activities as needed
Job Qualifications Include:
- Experience in a luxury retail or customer service oriented role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office
- Detail oriented, strong organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
Salary: $19 - $20/hr
