Our client, a contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a Head of Store Operations Manager to join the team at their Thousand Oaks location. Candidates must have open availability to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Identify areas of opportunity to guarantee that store operations run efficiently
- Monitor store KPI and rankings to be aware of best sellers and their inventory levels
- Allocate resources according to needs through strong scheduling management
- Support the reorganization of shopfloor and stockroom layout based on forecast and trends
- Ensure associates are properly trained on store operations and procedures
- Partner to ensure that all H&S procedures are respected and there are no safety hazards
- Ensure that all store devices are in good condition and that technical issues are communicated to respective teams
- Utilize tools to manage stockroom capacity and communicate situation to the visual commercial team
- Implement traffic flow both in the fitting room and cash desk
- Organize fitting room operations including organization of floor cells, cleaning, tidying, running, etc.
- Ensure Back of House organization and tidiness of working areas and devices
- Organize the team, tools, and time in efficient way during all deliveries
- Coordinate the replenishment of the sales floor
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of fashion retail management experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Previous cash handling experience
- Results based approach
- Excellent analyzing and organizational skills
- Articulate with excellent communication skills
- Strong numerate and literacy skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Ability to stand for duration of shift & lift up to 50lbs.
Salary: $68k - $75k annually
