Our client, an experiential pop-up, is hiring temporary part time Experience Ambassadors to join the team at their location in Plano. This is a temporary position that will run from October to mid-January with the possibility to expend based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:
- Welcome guests throughout the experience areas and deliver guidance as needed
- Support the daily operations and work to deliver a continued hospitality mindset
- Assist guests in entry queuing
- Operate POS stations for ticket sales and scan pre-sold tickets
- Support item and inventory management
- Support guidance in interaction areas and answer any questions guests may have
- Work with BOH teams to flag any technical issues
- Monitor guest flow and share updates as needed to maintain guest flow
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and operations of the experience
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Previous guest engagement or sales experience
- Ability to work irregular hours including weekends
- Ability to be on call to respond to time sensitive matters when needed
- Previous knowledge of POS (point of sale) systems
- Ability to move throughout the venue throughout shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in and knowledge of video games
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $16.50/hr
