Our client, an online specialty retailer, is hiring a Merchandising Operations Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity. This is a temporary position that will start in late February and continue through late May 2025.
Job Duties Include:
- Serve as the primary contact for vendor requests, managing responses within Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators focused on system speed and quality
- Onboard new vendors and setup of promotions by validating data and ensuring accurate integration
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures to reflect internal processes
- Communicate with stakeholders, resolving issues, and handling escalations
- Track and analyze KPIs and monitor queue status using relevant tools
- Support process improvement initiatives through test documentation, execution, etc.
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a similar field
- 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating an innovative approach and measurable impact
- Results-driven with a strong ability to respond promptly
- Experience using dashboards to track KPIs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with CRM software and Atlassian tools
- Experience in eCommerce or merchandising.
Salary: $20/hr
