Our client, an Italian fashion brand, is hiring a Sales Advisor to join the team at their NYC location. Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent outreach
- Capture customer information to utilize for follow-up contact
- Manage client book including responding to inquiries and following up regarding shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals
- Support in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in-store operation including daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns
- Leverage internal systems to conduct business analysis and keep store and individual KPIs
- Assist in maintenance of visual and housekeeping standards of the store
- Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary fashion retail industry preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs & stand for duration on shift
Salary: $21 - $35/hr + commission
