Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Sales Advisor to join the team at their location in New York City. Candidates must be fluent in English & Mandarin. Candidates must be able to work a full time retail schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop relationships with clients through consistent outreach
- Capture customer information using phone and written follow-up
- Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales and productivity goals
- Support managers in executing in-store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns
- Assist managers with conducting business analysis and tracking store and individual KPIs
- Support maintenance of the visual and housekeeping standards of the store
- Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store including the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years of contemporary fashion retail experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English/Mandarin
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand for the duration of shift
Salary: $30 - $35/hr + commission
