Our client, luxury department store, is looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join the team at their corporate office in New York City. This is a full-time, in-office position. The Social Media Manager will assist in building brand awareness, engaging with the online community, and implementing social media campaigns to drive customer engagement and growth.
Job Duties Include:
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty, ensuring consistency across channels
- Create and curate engaging, visually appealing content
- Manage social media interactions including responding promptly and professionally
- Assist with social media campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations to increase reach and generate user-driven content
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and key metrics, providing insights to enhance brand growth and engagement across platforms
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing for luxury retail/wholesale brands
- Expertise in managing social media platforms, campaigns, and analytics
- Proficiency in content creation and design tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for staying current on social media trends and the luxury retail and hospitality industry
Salary: $80K annually + Bonus
