Our client, a luxury linens brand, is hiring Store Manager to join the team at their Palo Alto location. Candidates must have prior leadership skillset in a retail boutique with full time availability for retail schedule including holidays and weekends as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Drive business initiatives by leading by example on the selling floor
- Support the sales team by implementing CRM and clientele tools to capture clientele information
- Ability to network within neighborhood to create partnerships with showrooms, designers, hospitality, and property managers
- Manage store operational requirements which include but are not limited to monthly schedules, end of month recap, and expense reports
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 10+ years of retail management experience
- Preferred experience in luxury retail environment or interior space
- Proficient in retail systems such as POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to perform the physical duties of this role including twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and OSHA-approved ladder safety
Salary: $90-$100k annually
