Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring for Store Support to join their team at their location in the San Francisco Premium Outlet. This is a temporary position that will start immediately and continue for the next 2 months with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs.
Job Duties Include:
- Provide elevated customer service
- Greet clients as they enter the store
- Develop and maintain product and company knowledge to share with clients
- Ensure that sales floor meets company’s high visual merchandising standards
- Assist with wrapping client purchases
- Execute all store operations, policies, and procedures in accordance with inventory management
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of retail, customer service, or operations support experience preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for duration of shift
Salary: $20/hr
