Our client, a luxury accessories brand, is hiring a Temporary Part Time IT Associate to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position that will last 3 months based on performance and the needs of the business.

Job Duties Include:

  • Support to the Systems Administrator in maintaining and managing server systems, IT infrastructure, network equipment, and user support
  • Offer timely and efficient technical support to staff
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer software, servers, and network devices under the guidance of the Systems Administrator
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting activities
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset tracking
  • Support IT projects including system upgrades, migration, and new technology improvements/deployments
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role or similar capacity
  • Proficiency with computer operating systems including Windows and Mac, to mobile devices such as iOS and iPadOS
  • Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams as needed

Salary: $20 - $25/hr based on experience
