Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Traffic Coordinator to join their team onsite in Dayton. This is a temporary position that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must have availability to work some Saturdays during peak season depending on business needs.
Job Duties Include:
- Process FedEx claims
- Assist with creation of Pos
- Manage vendor follow up as necessary
- Process invoices as needed
- Maintain organized workflows to support office staff
- Maintain Excel files to track invoices, budget, and claim information
- Support Traffic team with office tasks as needed including creating signs, maintaining file systems, etc.
- Perform admin tasks as needed including scanning
- Maintain weekly vendor files and code invoices
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
Salary: $22 - $26/hr
