Our client, a contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a Visual Commercial Associate to join the new store team opening in Cambridge. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays as needed.
Job Duties Included:
- Analyze sales to promote the correct merchandise
- Share comments and ideas with manager to improve product selection
- Implement commercial criteria and projects in coordination with regional team
- Prepare the store for the arrival of new product
- Collaborate on correct reception of the merchandise, returns to the distribution center, stock replenishment, etc.
- Manage and change mannequins as needed
- Print and change prices, posters, photos, etc.
- Organize pilot stores and workshops to identify talent and train team
- Assist with customer service on the floor
- Manage the sales budget for the section
- Analyze reports and propose action plans
- Review state of the window displays
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Fashion retail experience
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Excellent analysis, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong numerate and literacy skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Open/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for duration of shift
Salary: $53k - $56k annually
